Do you offer a warranty on airsoft replicas?
Yes, all our new airsoft guns come with a standard 30-day manufacturer warranty covering internal defects. Please note that opening the gearbox or modifying the internals will void this warranty.
How do I know if a specific magazine is compatible with my airsoft gun?
Compatibility is listed in the product description. Generally, we specify if a magazine is for Gas Blowback (GBB), Electric (AEG), or Spring platforms, as well as the specific brand compatibility.
What is your return policy for unused gear?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on used tactical gear or consumable items like BBs and gas.
Are your airsoft guns compliant with local orange-tip laws?
Yes, all airsoft replicas shipped within the United States are fitted with a federally mandated blaze orange muzzle tip to comply with safety regulations.
